There are several lactation rooms on campus. Each lactation room is outfitted with a chair and a refrigerator. You can find an overview of all the lactation rooms here:
Modification of lactation rooms
In 2024, the design of the campus lactation rooms will be modified on the basis of fundamental uniform principles. The physical layout and facilities will be adapted to satisfy the needs of users. The temperature will be comfortable and the room’s atmosphere will be warm and peaceful.
Once the modifications have been carried out, each of the lactation rooms will be outfitted with:
- A comfortable chair;
- A pantry that has a refrigerator with a freezer compartment;
- A table for any necessary items;
- A power point that is within easy reach;
- A door that can be locked from the inside.
The lactation room will be temporarily unavailable while the modifications are being carried out. A notice that includes the exact dates of the modifications will be posted in the respective lactation room. Once the lactation room has been modified, it will be incorporated into the FACE reservation system. If you wish to use the lactation room, you will need to book in advance.
The lactation room located in room 02.01A on the second floor of the Erasmus Building has already been designed on the basis of the new guidelines.
