The Department of Financial Law studies the operations of banks, insurers, stockbrokers, and the position of regulators such as the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and the European Central Bank (ECB).
 

Research

The Financial Law Centre (FLC), which is part of the Radboud Business Law Institute (OO&R), is a centre of expertise and a scientific ‘think tank’ in the field of financial law that is made up of leading lawyers - from both academia and practice - and talented young researchers.
