MDT is the abbreviation for Social Service Time. MDT projects contribute to the personal development of young people. With a focus on talent development, meaningful encounters and doing something for society.
In the MDT project "Discover your next step!", you will work on your personal development under the guidance of experienced coaches from the VerschilmakersGroep and look for encounters and experiences that will help you find your appropriate next (study career) step.
Who is this training for?
You:
- Are between the ages of 16 and 30.
- Want guidance from experienced coaches.
- Want to develop yourself in a way that suits you.
- Want to gain practical experience, e.g., in the world of education.
- Want to think about your next step (travel, study, job, etc.).
- Want to explore new worlds, e.g., Aventurine Continuing Special Education.
- Want to build more self-confidence.
- Want to cope better with daily performance pressures.
- Would like to improve your conversation skills and actually engage with audiences of interest to you.
- Want an MDT certificate to add to your resume.

Choose how you want to contribute to society.
Examples of other MDT participants:
- Become a buddy of someone, such as a vso student.
- Organize a lecture or information evening.
- Direct a film on a subject that concerns you.
- Organize an afternoon of games, for example, at a nursing home.
- Give language lessons to refugees.
- Tutor (other) students.
