The Executive Board has appointed Professor of Company Law Claartje Bulten as the law faculty's new vice dean of research. Bulten took over the position from Michael Veder on 1 March.

Former prime minister Dries van Agt passed away on Monday 5 February at the age of 93. Van Agt studied Law at Radboud University between 1949 and 1955 and became professor of criminal law and criminal procedure in 1968.
