In order to provide employees and managers within FdL with expert and professional support on issues in all areas of personnel and organisational development, HR works in an HR client team.
For each division and department, three colleagues from HR are assigned as HR client team. This client team consists of an HR adviser, an HR officer and an HR employee. All three HR colleagues are approachable for all your questions regarding HR. Together, they ensure an effective approach to HR services and guarantee their quality and continuity.
