What will you learn
You will investigate aspects of international and European comparative company law, such as corporate restructuring, formation and financing of companies and takeover regulations. You will also learn to analyse both primary and secondary European legislation, as well as the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the legislation of relevant jurisdictions. By the end of the programme you’ll understand the interaction of international, European and national law on businesses.
