Steps

1. Step 1: Change password in Accountportal

   Note: Remember to turn off internet on all your mobile devices.

   Before changing the password on your mobile devices, first change your Radboud password in the Accountportal.

2. Step 2: change password for your Radboud-mail

   1. Click on Settings. This can be found on the home screen;
   2. Click on Mail;
   3. Click on Accounts;
   4. Click on Exchange. If you chose a different name for the RU mail instead of Exchange click there;
   5. Click on Account;
   6. Enter your new password and click 'Done'.

3. Step 3: Modify Radboud password for Eduroam

   Note: this can only be done when you are on campus.

   1. Turn wifi on again
   2. Eduroam itself will come up with a screen where you enter your new password

   You have now finished adjusting the Radboud password on your iPad or iPhone.
