In-Company Trainings on High Ability
Would you like to train teachers, counselors or policy makers within your organisation to discover, recognize and challenge talents? Radboud University has been offering workshops and programmes in the field of High Ability for over 30 years.

Workshop (2-4 days)
Our workshops offer insights into definitions and models of giftedness, practical identification methods, an introduction to giftedness and learning disabilities, understanding underachievement, and guidelines for effective guidance of gifted professionals.
Programme (part-time, 12 weeks)
This programme offers a comprehensive understanding of the intellectual, social, and emotional characteristics of gifted individuals. Participants will learn to cultivate a critical attitude and to substantiate their views with scientific evidence. Afterwards, they can continue their development within the RITHA (ECHA) programme.

Prof. dr. Lianne Hoogeveen
Lianne Hoogeveen, Endowed Professor of "Identification, Support, and Counselling of Talent" at Radboud University uses her research and expertise on giftedness to continuously develop and improve high-quality, evidence-based trainings for teachers, educationalists, and psychologists. She collaborates globally, offering impactful keynotes, workshops and trainings. Currently she is the acting President of the European Council of High Ability (ECHA).
