Content and approach
During this training course, you set to work with more effective conversations. You consciously prepare each phase of a conversation by asking yourself specific questions. You learn how to maintain control and safeguard the atmosphere, how to turn a discussion into a dialogue, and how to increase your effectiveness in every difficult but important conversation.
