Focus on vegetarian and vegan food
Within our catering outlets, the focus is on vegetarian or vegan offerings. Currently, 75% of our offerings are vegetarian or vegan and all catering is vegetarian as standard. Our goal is to reach at least 80% by 2025.
Fresh, healthy and affordable
We preferably work with local and sustainable products. This means that our fruit and vegetables come from Oregional, which is a cooperative of local farmers. And our bread and pastries come from a local bakery called ’t Kraayennest and our coffee is supplied by Blommers Coffee. The coffee that we use in our vending machines is also sustainably sourced coffee that bears the Max Havelaar and Eko quality labels.

Vending Machines
In addition to the above food and beverage options, there are vending machines scattered throughout campus for hot drinks, soft drinks, snacks and office supplies.
