Hall & technology

• Fixed stage with 174 theater seats and two wheelchair spaces;
• Performance area of 15x6 meters (90m2) and two side stages of 32 and 55 m2;
• Backstage area with toilet and two dressing rooms with shower;
• High-quality projector and eight-meter-wide projection screen, for high-quality film screenings and presentations;
• Audio surround system;
• Various handheld, lapel and headset microphones;
• Wide range of spotlights for room and stage lighting;
• Curtains to beautifully frame the stage.

Outdoor stage

Mirrored to C is an outdoor arena with a covered stage and ascending terrace for audience use. Both cultural performances and scientific lectures can take place here.
The stage is approximately 15x5 meters in size, covered and equipped with power and hanging points. The ascending stairs can accommodate about 100 people.

Rental prices C

• Internal parties: € 200 per hour
• Student organizations: reduced rates
• External organizations can use the hall on request only.

Included in the rental price:

• Use of Theatre Hall C (174 seats), stage, side stages and backstage areas
• Basic technology set (lectern with fixed microphone, lapel microphone, beamer, PC, basic lighting, WiFi), this does not require technical assistance.
• Use of loose furniture: lectern, chairs, standing tables.

Extra services and facilities such as a technician, catering, extra cleaning or longer opening hours can be booked when making a reservation.

Reservations until 2 September 2024

Check the occupancy of Theater Hall C via Self Service or in the reservations overview.  This occupancy overview is up-to-date until 2 September 2024.

• Employees reserve the hall via Self Service (via FACE).
• Student organisations and external applicants submit a reservation request via the web form below.

Please note: change reservation procedure academic year 2024/2025 (2 September 2024)

From 2 September 2024, the reservation procedure will change. The Self Service and web form will expire and all reservation requests will be submitted via zaalreservering-cf [at] ru.nl (zaalreservering-cf[at]ru[dot]nl).

Reservations from 2 September 2024

For reservation requests of Theatre Hall C (except for regular education) after 2 September 2024, please send an e-mail to zaalreservering-cf [at] ru.nl. Please include the following details:

• Name, phone number and email address
• Desired date, start and end time
• Description of the event
• Cost centre or invoice details
