On Thursday 20 October 2022, Radboud University will be celebrating its 99th anniversary with an academic ceremony, which will be held in the University Auditorium, and a Eucharist, which will be held in the University Chaplaincy.

Radboud student extremely satisfied on average, but less positive about study load
Radboud University students are on average extremely satisfied with the study programme that they are following, this states the National Student Survey.

Study programme Thomas More Foundation (in Dutch)

Coronavirus measures at start of the academic year
Due to the low infection rate of the coronavirus, the academic year will start without restrictions. Radboud University follows the RIVM guidelines in this.
On-campus education
After a few years with restrictions due to the coronavirus, education will take place again on our campus next semester. You will get to know your lecturers and fellow students in person, and it will be easier to study and have discussions together.

New order and cash register system at campus restaurants
As of 5 September, you can order your (vegan) burgers, pizzas and fries at De Refter via a kiosk or website. Ordering and paying at other campus restaurants is also different now.

The Study Award is an annual prize for students who have written a thesis of exceptional quality. The theses are written in the previous academic year.

Changed campus opening hours during the summer
During the summer period changed opening hours apply on the Radboud University campus. Therefore, please check the opening hours before coming to campus.
Are you working or studying during the next few days? Take measures against the heat
On Monday 18 and Tuesday 19 July it will be exceptionally warm. Therefore, the National Heat Plan is in effect and code orange applies from Tuesday.
University closed on the Friday of the Four Days Marches
On Friday 22 July, the Radboud University campus will be closed due to the finish of the Four Days Marches.
