Yvonne van Rossenberg is Assistant Professor in Strategic Human Resource Management at the department of Business Administration of the Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands since August 2017. She has worked a Assistant Professor at the School of Management, University of Bath, United Kingdom School of Management, where she also obtained her PhD in 2014.

She holds a Research Masters (MPhil) degree in International Business and Economics from Groningen University and a Bachelors (Bsc) degree in Organisation Studies from Tilburg University.

Research interests include the (human resource) management of employee motivations, attitudes and behaviours in innovation processes, particularly workplace commitment. Her research has been accepted for publication by the International Journal of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Management Journal.

Particular research interests include:
Firstly, workplace commitment in contemporary work settings. Particularly, I look at how people develop commitment towards multiple and temporary groups over time, how these commitments interact, and how these commitment attitudes affect employee behaviours.

Secondly, I am intrigued by the management of human resources in creative and innovative processes. I am interested in studying what motivates and drives people to identify problems, gather information and develop new ideas at work. Closely connected to this are other types of behaviour such as innovative work behaviour, knowledge sharing and ambidexterity.

Thirdly, I am interested in the sustainable and responsible management of workplace commitment and related employee attitudes and behaviours, inside and outside the boundaries of organisations.
