Tesseltje de Lange researches the European regulation of economic migration and integration. She specialises in migration and entrepreneurship, the economic integration of refugees, knowledge workers migration, family migration and migrant family members’ access to employment.

Hansko Broeksteeg specialises in political constitutional law and local government law. His research focuses on the interface between politics and justice, political party regulation, the position of municipalities in the political system and religious and educational freedom.

Paul Bovend’Eert conducts research into constitutional law and specifically focuses on the king, and the government, parliament and judicial system, also in a comparative law perspective (American constitutional law). He is currently focusing on issues of political integrity.

Ashley Terlouw conducts judicial and legal sociological research into discrimination, especially discrimination that is based on race, nationality and religion. She also focuses on asylum law, jurisprudence and conflict resolution institutions such as the judiciary.

In his research, Frederik Zuiderveen Borgesius focuses on the intersection of new technologies and fundamental rights, such as privacy and non-discrimination rights. He is affiliated with the iHub, Radboud's interdisciplinary research hub on digitalization and society.

Danny Busch is a professor of Financial Law at the Institute of Financial Law (IFR). He conducts research on the regulation of the financial sector and the players operating on it such as banks, investment funds, securities dealers and asset managers.

Marlies van Eck researches the legal aspects of using technology. She explores how the government uses computers in automated decision-making and what this means with respect to the legal protection of citizens.
